Welcome to Iksha Official! We are dedicated to ensuring you have a fantastic experience with our women’s clothing and accessories. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we have a straightforward refund and return policy.

Time Frame for Return:
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your product to initiate a return or exchange.

Conditions for Return and Exchange:

  1. Incorrect Size: If the size of the product doesn’t fit you, we offer an exchange for the same product in the correct size.
  2. Damaged Product: In the rare event you receive a torn or damaged product, we will replace it with the same item in perfect condition.
  3. Wrong Product Received: If you receive a different product than what you ordered, we will promptly send you the correct item.

Refund Process:
If a refund is applicable:

  • We will process it in the same mode of payment used during the purchase.
  • For Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, we will require your bank details or UPI information to process the refund.

Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are only available for size issues within the 7-day window from receiving the product.

Shipping Costs:
Please note that shipping costs are charged separately and are included in your invoice.

International Returns:
Currently, we do not offer international returns or exchanges.

Exceptions:
Our return and exchange policy applies to all products with no exceptions.
